Here are a few ways you can use the gingerbread people kit:

• Name Display:
  • Write students’ names (or have students pen their own names to show off their writing skills!) and display your “sweet” class for all to see on a bulletin board in your classroom, on your classroom door, or in the hallway. You can print the color version of the gingerbread people or you can print the black and white version and allow students to color it.
• Writing practice:
  • The handwriting page is great for helping students learn the letter G. Students can trace the letter G and the word gingerbread as well as copy it in the lines below the word.
• Display student work samples:
  • Have your students completed other great gingerbread related activities? Use the gingerbread work display/holder to show your students’ wonderful work! There are 2 color options that you can easily and quickly print and prep. There is also a black and white option, if you would like to make it a craft project for your kiddos! It’s easy to color, cut, and paste.

Tips For Printing

• Choose the best print quality in your printer settings. (This will vary by printer.)
• I recommend card stock or matte photo paper for durability and print quality.
• The cut pieces can be laminated to help them last longer.
